耆預記 Card and Handbook
耆預記的對象是長者，手冊介紹預設照顧計劃，即任何人士仍有決定能力時，預先計劃日後不能自決時的醫療及照顧計劃意向。 我們的人生可以如花一樣燦爛，過得豐盛，但終有一天也會如花一樣枯萎，走到人生的盡頭。每個人生命長短不同，但我們不論幾歲，都可以為自己安排好醫療指示及所有後事。因此，主視覺以不同年紀的長者拿著筆，代表其為自己寫下預設照顧計劃。 The target of this project is the elderly. this book is about the Advance Care Planning Project. Our life can be as brilliant as a flower and lead an abundant life, but one day it will wither like a flower and come to the end of life. Everyone’s life span is different, but no matter how old we are, we can arrange medical instructions and all funeral arrangements for ourselves. Therefore, the main visual shows elders of different ages holding pens, representing them writing a default care plan for themselves.
